As part of the Leadership team, the chance for us to also be involved in the Interview Process currently is rewarding. From 2020 my initial Interview was a smooth one as the HR person will not make you feel that you are being interviewed. As much as possible I wanna keep that kind of vibe.

The vibe of this company is very different from all the BPOs that I've been with. This company showed me more growth professionally and made me a better version of a leader way back in 2016. I am inspired to always show up onsite every day is enough proof that I am Happy to be with Superstaff.

Open Door Policy - I can communicate with my SOM at any time of the day; I can comfortably say whatever I want to say even owning up to my Opportunities and collaborating on the action plan. I treasure that we are able to get along well. Same goes for our CEO, we are comfortable greeting him anytime
