Senior leaders are far removed from the real work. They listen choose to ignore feedback. Diversity is nonexistent in leadership, even though we serve a diverse population. There is very little accountability, especially among nurses and senior leaders.
Bad culture, execs pointing fingers, execs not skilled
I feel that my work at Tanner has a real impact on our community. Our team makes a difference in the lives of the communities we serve.
No engagement from leaders, no accountability, no transparency. Leaders at the top are bullies, especially the CNO. This is a "good old boy" organization with no desire to change. Morale is low and leaders seem clueless. The pay is decent.
When I read the comment from another employee about the leaders at the top being bullies I was shocked. My first thought was, I am not alone! Tanner management style has not advanced with the times. Working at Tanner has not been an enjoyable time for me. I have been there many years.
