I have been feeling less secure lately. And also stuck because I don't see a ton of room for promotion where I'm currently at. My next promo all relies on if other people in the company leave and they're not willing to spend the money to retain me.

The constant changes can be exhausting. Just when we feel we have a good system and things are figured out, something changes. We can't ever truly get a grasp on things, especially in the sales org. With management and procedures constantly changing

We are close knit team and try to work together as much as possible. As a leader I try to engage with them on a personal level but it's hard to do that when they are unhappy with compensation and benefits and I can't get a clear answer to them as to why
