
My VP/Manager is the leading star for me when looking ahead at the leadership team. She helps me learn and shows me different points of view to consider in looking at strategy as we go forward.
TKWW has been very vocal and clear that they want 10/10 employees, but are only able to pay 6/10 wages. While more money is not always a solution, it does feel we have been told compensation practices have been under evaluation for 4-5 years, and we are not seeing tangible results or findings.
