Our leadership team is open to feedback and suggestions. While the feedback is not always implemented, it is nice to have a forum for open discussion.
I have been here for several years and have shown my commitment and growth as an employee. However, there is very little room for growth/promotion in my role. It feels like they only way I will get promoted or compensated fairly is if I change departments or move to another company within TKWW.
