benefits & culture is by far what i like about tkww
everyone always tried to help and manager is always on top of things and takes care of the reps first. which is how it should be.
I appreciate our leadership team's intentions. However, as an account manager, I've noticed an increase in workload without a pay adjustment. Handling multiple tasks daily, including billing and support, detracts from expanding accounts and earning commission. Fair compensation is crucial.
The company currently has a really bad reputation for our consumers a.k.a. vendors so it's tough as an account manager because eight out of 10 calls is someone being upset, yelling at you or say negative things. and you cant do anything about how a company treats their vendors ( policies, rates etc)
As an AMG, we make money when we expand accounts. However, TKWW has made it very difficult to earn commission since they give us all this extra work outside of our role. Of course leadership always tries to say thats our "job" but when i started this job i didnt handle cancels, billing or support
