The community and compassion is unlike anywhere I've ever worked. It's the #1 thing that keeps me around.
The people that I work with, their quality of work and dedication, and their support. Plus, I just really, really enjoy doing what I do.
Outside of the executive team, the leadership team is fantastic and vested in each person on their team. They make every effort to provide you with tools and encouragement for success for you and the company.
The executives care about growth exclusively. No compassion or loyalty exists with them when it comes to compensation, work loads, etc. Considering the great people we've lost which resulted in current staff picking up their load with any sort of compensation, it's extremely difficult to feel valued
Again, outside of the executives, there is a great deal of camaraderie and compassion for each other. I enjoy coming to work daily solely because of my co-workers. It is honestly a family-type feeling where we share in each others success and lift each other up whenever we can.
