
Communication. It doesn't seem like everyone is on the same page. The employees are always getting told different things from different managers.
I feel my compensation package is on par with the work that I do. It isn't too much, and it isn't not enough.
There are some employees who work really hard but don't get the feedback they deserve. And there are employees who don't work hard at all and get away with everything.
The employees should be given more freedom to stand up for themselves against the customers who aren't at all friendly. It's not ok to be disrespected and called names while you are trying to make a living for your family.
There is too much of a gap between management and the rest of the employees. Management doesn't understand what the employees have to deal with on a day to day basis, nor do the employees understand what management deals with on a day to day basis.
