Some employees need to be fired for not doing their jobs
They need to all be on the same page and work together to accomplish the same goals.
My coworkers are extremely lazy and dont help pay it forward for the next shift. We could work better together if our boss could follow rules and procedures.
I feel undervalued because my manager does not appreciate the work i do and is very rude. My coworker makes 3 dollars more per hour than i do and i work way harder.
