People bring their whole selves to work. While we work diligently and are focused, we also typically know everyone's pets and children's names and when we get together it is always a great time.

Our co-founders have a saying that "we are all drivers of the bus here," because we are encouraged to be in the driver's seat for our respective areas. They lead with empathy and make everyone feel heard.

Leadership is very empathetic, our CEO is always available for staff to discuss anything top of mind and is an exceptional listener. Other leaders across Marketing and other departments bring great experience and collaboration to the org.

My salary is very fairly commensurate with my level, and I have a healthy bonus and stock options as well. In the quarterly review process, I get to discuss career goals with my manager in a safe space.

My boss recognizes my work and acknowledges a job well done. Whenever my teams work has room for growth, we're able to share and receive feedback in a way that is invigorating and not disheartening. Easier said than done!

My team is extremely collaborative and meets weekly. The team is constantly coming up with proactive project ideas and volunteering to take on additional work to grow their experience. Also, every voice is heard and I think we all appreciate that.

I just went on Maternity Leave and even after a few months off I have a ramp back period where I only work 50% hours for full pay for a whole month which makes the transition back to work so much easier. And everyone is so thoughtful and supportive.

We have a bunch of perks (like headspace, gym apps, etc), a regular cadence of All Hands meetings to ensure transparency, a solid performance review cycle - important if not a tad tedious ;-), and a really active Kudos channel for shouting out great work and "values champions", and more.

I had 4 interviews over zoom, and throughout the process, I was updated on what was happening. Even when I was told the position would be put on hold, I was still being updated. When I was about to move on I heard back from the hiring manager and accepted the contract position.
