The pay is definitely a factor for the type of work we do, rain, snow, sleet, excessive temperatures and working with contractors. You are essentially a manager for your territory. So much turnover causes over worked employees. 6 to 7 days a week and 58 required hrs.
Fairly positive on most days
I do not mind working overtime at my own leisure I know it should be needed. On occasion but when your ticket volume is over the limit of your capabilities and knowledge that if I do not work overtime As in a Saturday and Sunday that my work volume is going to be more extreme then the week before
