Supportive and Accountable ; room for growth
The manager they had at the location I worked was beyond unprofessional an an thief. She was very selfish with her employees.
Great! But I am leaving because of a bad super. Not fun anymore. I like to work, but not when I am receiving very bad, hateful communications.
Company that is only focussed on profit, not people. WHG see staff as part of the property they own. No sense of a human approach at all. Hotelstaff are only a cost factor for them. Never worked at such a ungrateful company which a nasty, hard-distanced culture.
Coworker interactions and having people that will try to watch your back as much as is feasible given the daily circumstances.
