Better pay
Morale is extremely low right now.
The stages that I have lived within my company have made me grow as a person and as a worker within my work field, I think that everything I have learned has been very positive and therefore I must thank my company for everything that I have achieved
It has been great, I love the fact that we are all working together and this company takes very well of us financially, mentally and is concern with our health and well being.
