What are some of the best things about your team?

The people are what makes Zappos great. Or at least they used to be valued. Now its all about reducing head count and making people fearfull about their jobs.

I have built a solid talent density within my teams. We are looked upon as leaders and we are able to influence the rest of the organization.

We help one another and celebrate each other.

the human quality they demonstrate when someone needs advice or help to improve work performance

We work well together! It's been easy to build up a rapport, and we go on quite a few fun outings.

Generally coworkers are amazing. You’ll form incredible friendships.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Collaborate and have a positive attitude . These things are driven by the manager. Sadly the manager was pathetic
