What do you like best about the leadership team?

They are always available and do not make you feel intimidated if you step to the plate with an issue

Caring, understanding, helpful, motivating, insightful.

Everyone but the CEO. The CEO comes from tech and doesn't understand retail and has a bad intuition. The other leaders amongst the organization are smart and push hard to succeed.

That we all work together and not micro managed.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Understanding what made Zappos special and a place that was inspiring for the employee and the customer. Now just a cog in the Amazon wheel.

Zappos talks about culture but there is hardly anything that they put in practice. No empathy and support/motivation to employees. I'm glad I left them sooner than my other colleagues
