Where to even began! I was pre trained by my mother in law who worked as store director for 30years. She's retired now...but she explained to me everything that needed to be complete. As a comparison...none of what she stated matched today's operations. Night shift is a joke.

Intelligence and better communication with employees. Reset the store and it's operations so it makes people's positions better
