Knowing the store staff at the ground level. I've never met any corporate managers

We blend together...we support one another even if we don't always see eye to eye. Genuinely care for co-workers well being.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Higher wage. A change of attitude when the corporate managers come to see the store. Never, have they, introduced themselves to me or other store staff.
