Upper management is out of touch with its front end employees. Metrics and expectations are nearly impossible to meet. Putting processors in areas where they are best suited would increase production and quality, instead of assigning them to unfamiliar areas.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
This company makes you feel like you are never doing your job to standard, when we are met with policy changes weekly and have to learn them, only to havecthem change again. The low pay does not outweigh the stress this job creates.
