My overall experience with my company is more related to my personal mindset than with what my company offers me. I choose to focus on how I can help my patients and how I can interact with them, instead of focusing on the short comings of what the company has to offer.

Being able to help patients with their concerns and questions. I love being an advocate for my patients.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I have the opportunity to closely interact with patients and have the time to let them express their concerns and then help address those concerns. This is mainly because of the specific job that I have rather than the overall company environment.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As long as there is still a willingness to pay travel nurses at least 2 times what loyal fulltime nurses are making, full time staff will feel undervalued. at this time, still making about 5 dollars an hour less than other nurses with the same amount of experience in the same city.
