I believe this is a great place to work but the C-level leadership is not doing the job they are supposed to. When leadership doesn't do there job then you can see that filter down to the lower departments. I can't tell you the last time I have seen any of the C-level leaders.

Seeing patients lifted up in time of crisis.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
At this time I'm not sure what I like about the team.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Very compassionate and very caring as it pertains to our patients. Always willing to work as a team and there to cover a team member when there are issues or that team member is overwhelmed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I put in 10 to 11 hour days, 5 to sometimes 6 days a week, sometimes overnight. Myself and our team are one of the lowest paid groups based on industry standards. We are also taken for granted and not ever recognized for our efforts. It is very discouraging.
