I get to be creative and take on new and exciting projects. I am able to brainstorm new ideas and watch these ideas come to life.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Growth potential, recognition and kindness. Leadership takes the time to check in and listens to what you have to say. They adjust the role to your strengths.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The PTO is pretty good compared to competitors. I am paid well and there are annual raises based on performance. Health insurance is a bit expensive but there are wellness programs that reduce these costs.
