The culture is not cut-throat like other places I've worked. We are all on the same boat, rowing in the same direction at the same time.

The thing I love the most about the executive team at Ardent Health is that they are down to earth and approachable. They host regular meetings to keep us up to date on the company's goals, achievements as well as those of employees and fellow employees.
