My team. They have made this position so much fun even the stressful times. I know I always have someone in my corner.

We communicate wonderfully when it comes to work inquiries but also can communicate on personal levels and love to learn more about each other professionally and personally.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like how much they communicate and also how invested they are in not only the team's overall goals but my personal goals as well. They are my cheerleaders and are invested in me.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are all very encouraging of each other and celebrate the victories and accomplishments of our teammates. Nobody drags us down, we all lift each other up and are always there for assistance when needed.
