I've been searching for a real career for myself for a long time. After starting at UT Health in Texas and moving here to Nashville, I feel that I've found a place where I can learn and grow. I hope to make a career here and hopefully one day retire here.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel like teamwork is a strong aspect of the culture here. No one is holier than thou and, everyone is willing to listen and help one another despite their position or title. This sort of attitude makes me feel like my opinions and ideas are truly valued and considered.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like how the people in leadership here seem to be very connected with their teams. I'm not just given a task and told to figure it out. They will collaborate with and mentor the people under them. This sort of attitude from leadership makes people like me feel valued and motivated to become better
