My overall experience with this company is neutral. The work and department itself is a pretty good pace as for work ethic. Management will be the biggest downfall for my department as per unfairness and the micromanagement, I would give my overall experience within the last year a 5/10.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being paid equally. People with more pay compensation produces less work than I do with the lowest pay in the department.
