I choose not to get benefits through the company. Therefore, my monetary compensation is the best part for me.
What makes you most happy at work?
The feeling of success when a project goes live. Particularly when it has direct impact to the medical providers and patients.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is diverse in many ways. We work hard to support each other and help wherever we can. Everyone is willing to step in and support each other at a moment's notice. There is no drama!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership team is exceptional at leading by inspiration. They go above and beyond to provide us the tools to be successful. I have never felt so supported and appreciated by a leadership team. They encourage healthy work life balance and encourage us to speak up when we are overwhelmed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Healthy work life balance is encouraged. Our workload balance is frequently checked and we are encouraged to speak up BEFORE we get overwhelmed. We have leaders who actually try to get to know us, invest their time and effort, and actually care about us. The EPMO leadership team is unparalleled!
