Bureaucracy. Layers and layers of middle managers engaged in politics and very few people with the customer or even shareholder in mind. Could fire half the management levels and productivity would increase.

People are good folks. Would work harder if they didnt have to box check for subpar management.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is guarenteed if I actually perform or dont. Would be nice if it motivated me to work harder but quite easy just to flop around.
