My hub is great, but how am I to grow with in the company when you have restrictions on me from being promoted. Delivery Driver job came open, I've been there for more than 90 days but can't take the position because I haven't been there 6 months, yet I have the certification for the position.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They know how to get a job done and let you know when you're doing yours. Very supportive, but restricted.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's a mix of good positive people, everyone helps everyone and someone always has something positive to say. It's a good hub, but my supervisor is restricted from promoting his own crew, because of the unnecessary red tape that restricts him from building a better team. Great super, just restricted
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are great but restricted from properly doing there job. I always thought job opportunities come for those with in the company that show up and do there job and prove there worth. I applied for Delivery Driver and was turned down because I haven't been with you for 6 months yet I'm qualified.
