Being party of huge projects than can not only change the value of our stock (selfishly) but can affect an industry so desperately in need of disruption.

Honestly, we hire absolute rockstars. Each department I interact with is even more impressive than the last. From our advocates to our leadership...rock solid.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's just happy - everyone is happy. I know that sounds cheesy but it's true. There is an energy at this company and everyone collectively understands that we're doing something great.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are surprisingly engaged, available and actually open to ideas. For the first time at a company of ANY size, I feel like i'm working somewhere that the leadership team truly cares about the company and it's employees. It's just not normal to have such an incredible team at the top.
