Be willing to pickup other ppls load as well has yours and don't expect breaks to be mandatory. They over book appointment under ur name and expect you to handle it. They overwork you through out the day and expect not to hear any complains cuz if you do then your not "team player"

Your expected to clean your own cars that are going to be delivered and get documents ready and inspect the tow truck(hauler) that your going to take and do inspection on the car your delivering and fill up gas cause IC (inspection center) nvr sends cars with full tank of gas.
