We are working on the poor company environment. The treatment is not equal, management care only the team doing poor and provide more award to boost the motivation. The company building is worse, toilet with no water, the mould, even a mushroom grew there, the smell, it is uncomfortable to work.

Everyone acts as One. Committed to the team, we are care about the security and stability of the organizations.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The award of the achievement always go to the team doing poorly, because wanted to boost their motivation. Yet, the team that doing better is forgotten.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
No one cares about the employee's health. The treatment is not equal, the manager only cares on the local employees, they have forgotten that expatriate also contributing well to the organizations.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We need an equal treatment at the Conduent Malaysia. The working environment is toxic, everyone talked bad on the behind and act very smart in the front. Even, the team leader talks poorly on the behind of the manager. The manager said "The decision is mine to made, because I am the manage".
