What makes you most happy at work?

I am an achiever so being able to contribute to the success of the company makes me happy.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

We recognize that one person cannot carry the weight. The culture is inviting to teamwork and banding together to accomplish a goal.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We speak and engage with each other often. When in need of assistance the team often comes together to ensure help is received. It really feels like a team and not a competition.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I have been with the company for 5+ years. I like that the leadership team I work with have been around since I joined the company and the familiarity with them and how they work. They are open and transparent and willing to answer the hard questions about the company changes.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The comparison of my compensation to competing companies is clear on the gap that needs to be filled to keep employees with the company. The work load and expectations do not match the pay that is offered. It is also discouraging to perform highly and not receive a raise due to company restraints.
