What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Teamwork, good communication and that we are Worldwide assisting so many people with their goals and achievements in the Work force.
What makes you most happy at work?
Enjoying the work that I do and the Team and Leaderships support daily for me to achieve great outcomes in my professional role.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My starting salary was great, but unfortunately it takes a long time to advance in the Company, either it being Pay or Title. It would be great if when evaluated that would turn in to other opportunities sooner.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is always willing to assist one another. Now that a lot of us are Remote and not seeing in person the Team, our Team is always there to jump in to assisting another team member without ever hesitation.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Good Communication. My Supervisor is easy to speak with and listens and addresses any and all issues when presented. I never feel as if I am pushed to the side. I always walk away with a positive, even if the topic wasn't the greatest.
