Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
At 5 years in the company, I've assumed a lot of additional responsibility. However, no growth opportunities. Just additional work for same pay and tittle. No pay raise in 5 years. (I do not consider 15-20 cents every couple of years a pay raise).
