I feel like things were better before the pandemic, since then there is really no inclusion for those of us who work from home. I wish we could do more fun things virtually. Working with a bunch of people that we don't know and don't get the time to know makes it awkward
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to talk with candidates and offer them employment.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have met a few people that I really enjoy talking with but for the most part, I just do my job and shut my computer off for the day.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When I joined this company back in2016, it was because of the growth that I knew I would get. People cared that I grew and excelled but now I don't get that. I feel stuck . We don't get any raises or even bonuses and that makes me want to look else where.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They don't take the time to get to know me, make sure I am ok as an employee. I have been with the company for 7 years. When I was a supervisor working on-site I felt I was cared for but since coming to Hr/TA, it seems like no one has time to ask if I am even doing ok.
