I absolutely love my job, the flexibility, and the ability to make a difference in the lives of the people in my community. I love that the managers are so supportive and that everyone is accepted for who they are. The only thing I would change is not getting yearly raises. That is very important.

We are all so supportive and helpful and are happy to see each other succeed and grow in their careers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would feel better if we got yearly raises even if small because other companies pay a lot more. We need be able to continue to take care of our families w/o having to worry especially with all of the inflation happening around us. It makes things hard because we love our jobs but are struggling.
