Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My entire team was recently demoted two levels and moved from salary to hourly employees. There was no recourse, it was just mandated.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
They can be honest with employees. They could treat us with respect and not impose new or different job descriptions on a whim.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Moral is very low on my team since the new pay schedule was announced. My coworkers are great, but they are as disgruntled as I am.
