What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leaders who have a clear vision for the Company's future and can effectively communicate and execute that vision. Also, they were able to navigate challenges and changes effectively, demonstrating resilience and adaptability.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Team is vert collaborative. We work together seamlessly, sharing ideas and supporting one another to achieve our common goals. Everyone in the team is dedicated to delivering high-quality work towards excellence which motivates us to push our limits.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I consistently strive to deliver high quality work, often ahead of schedule, and I actively engage in continuous learning and company activities. However, I feel that my efforts and contributions are not fully reflected in my current compensation.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive aspects of our company culture and environment are: 1) Everyone is supportive where each individual feels valued and included. 2) The company's focus on continuous learning using percipio is one of its greatest strengths. 3) Respect for work-life balance is significant positive.
