Good clients, caring manager, great coworkers. Not enough effort on management's part of take care of the employees. Compensation and growth opportunities are not based on merit and ability as it should.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communicating changes, eliciting feedback from employees, putting in simple incentives like annual merit increases based on performance to show that people who put in the effort are valued
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My performance is consistently graded as above and beyond because I strive to do that for my job and my team, but I have not seen a merit increase or promotion since 2018. It would be nice to be paid fairly for my job and get recognized for the effort I do put in with a growth opportunity
