Overall, it has been a great experience, it allows me to have great work-life balance, my management has always been very supportive. The people I work with are professional and ethical. No salary raises is a big challenge for a lot of employees as they try to cope with high cost of living.

Diversity and inclusion, self management, good leadership, work-life balance
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There has not been salary raises in 4 years and with the inflation and cost of living in some American cities it is hard to sustain the lifestyle you want.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They came to change the company's culture since the CEO was changed, they changed the way things were done and now communication is somehow more transparent and we have a more clear expectation. Still a lot of work to do though to get to where we should be.
