I came to work for the company in 2012 when it was Xerox. I had worked at my prior company for 16 years and it was difficult when they went out of business. I was hired for AE and brought into a team permanently. I am so grateful. Conduent is a continuation of this. Great logo too.

Most are dedicated to do what's best for the be team overall. We work together to meet our goals. Good connections, personable.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They allow employees to do our jobs without overly micromanaging the entire day. While some structure is always needed, accounting for every second of an employees day can be exhausting. Great employee benefits outside of normal healthcare to help with personal development.
