I've been here two years. I feel I rocketed in responsibility and how much faith they put in me. I don't feel like my title or compensation have rocketed to match. I'm good at what I do and I've made it known I'd like to do more skilled, involved tasks. It has not happened yet.

I like their drive for growth and new innovative ideas always coming out.

My team is full of hard-working go getters, really smart, compassionate, funny people.

We're growing. We're the biggest in the world. That's what keeps me here.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I get new tasks outside of my every day norm. A challenge.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being comparable to the highest wages paid to my position at this company. I'm mid-range pay but have top-tier, well executed work.
