Employer match to HSA and 401(k), unlimited PTO - I think we ALL are more invested and productive when we can get some downtime when we need it.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Training is on-the-fly, do-it-yourself, disordered. Fix: itemized, progressive training on platforms, procedures, tools in sensible order. Tool/program/account access only provided when it's found missing. Fix: give access first day to ALL necessary functions. Delays slow new hire progress.
