Lot of potential, but no intent to improve. Need serious shakeup at the leadership level and a vision for future. Pursuit of inorganic growth without any vision for future is killing everyone.

I think it is more of their leaders that need to improve the coworkers - the thought process and vision is missing
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The company has grown so fast, and there is no leadership and vision. I have not heard any executive talk about the next 3 years growth plan. No deliberate process of defining an operating model that will help us scale and grow. No focus on leadership development.
