I've been very fortunate to have been provided opportunities to advance in my time here. I've had to work hard, and seek out these opportunities, but in doing so I've learned a tremendous amount about leadership and the business itself. Consilio is a place where you can excel and innovate.
The mutually supportive atmosphere among coworkers
Flexible schedule, the matters that we work on.
It's comprehensive, flextime based pto
The Annual bonus, though would love more opportunity for company stock purchases/awards
The people I work with, the challenge of finding solutions for clients
The mutual support across departments, a culture of highlighting excellent work and allowing/rewarding innovation
I get to work with some of the highest caliber minds in the industry
The respect for people as individuals. We are a true meritocracy, and across the teams are incredible at supporting one another
Mutual respect, an assumption of good intent when collaborating on problems, willingness to deep dive and troubleshoot issues from the ground up if needed
Compensation is a tricky thing, but many key people are underpaid, often from legacy companies, and there does not appear to be a comprehensive effort to rectify that.
My team is dynamic, respectful of others, and are committed to supporting each other. These, hands down, are some of the best people I have ever worked with.
My job/role, leading my teams, making sure that every staff member gets an opportunity to shine and be recognized for their hard work and efforts in a meaningful way.
It's extremely clear that they care for the well being of employees. The ELT are not shy about soliciting input, and have been remarkably open to ideas floating up from below.
The executive team, and the CEO specifically genuinely care about every employee. They continually demonstrate this by their actions and policies that are put in place. I've never worked anywhere this was true to this degree.
Our Executive team really does put the employees first in every way that they can. From health and safety, to supporting DEI initiatives, there is a great deal of weight that the ELT puts on employee feedback, and tries very hard to communicate that out, in addition to managing the companys goals
