It is fair and above market rate.You dont have to fight for pay rises or to be paid fairly, management ensure they are reviewing salary's and bonuses to ensure you're rewarded for your hard work.

The people, the team and the flexibility. There isn't a culture of micro-management. Management trust their employees to do the best job and empower you to achieve your best by providing the tools you need.

The company respect a work life balance. My manager consistently asks if my workload is manageable and empowers me to help make decisions to ease my workload if necessary. Any decisions made that would affect my work I am looped in on and empowered to make the best decision for myself and the team.
