Raises and promotions are hard to come by and they do not value women enough to provide adequate maternity leave but they are very good at promoting an image of diversity and inclusion.

It really feels like a team. We take care of each other and share knowledge.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've been here a few years and despite high performance ratings, have only seen nominal raises.
