Moving in the right direction now and in a better place with the acquisitions. Feel i have slipped through the net and have felt lost and undervalued. Over time this has improved due to having a supportive legacy manager pushing for change but there is still a way to go.

Lots of opportunities to give feedback and good continuous efforts to improve the work environment and culture.

Being productive, supported and interacting with colleagues. Feeling like i am making a positive contribution and doing a great job.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Whilst it's rewarding and motivating to feel appreciated by individuals and managers, this needs to be reflected through the company's approach to retaining hard working employees. Performance based salary increases. If staff feel valued, they will naturally perform better.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best things about my co-workers are that they are supportive & reliable and we help each other out. These people are not in my team as the team is based in the US so it's harder to form relationships.
