Overall experience is worse where there is no respect for seniority and people are made to work under their juniors whom we have trained in last 10 years.

leave biasedness and favoritism and treat employees on the basis of their work and performance.

Upper management needs to treat people fairly and should adopt proper process for appraisals and promotions. Presently everything is based on favoritism.

Everything is wrong there is no criterion or process for anything only few who are close to management are benefited professionally and financially.

Their is no criterion for appraisal or compensation in this company. there should be proper process on the basis of which people are appraised or compensated, favoritism should not be the sole criterion.
