I LOVE working for Consilio. I know I am valued, heard, and encouraged to grow here. I want to "plant roots" to help the company meet at exceed its goals. The care, encouragement and freedom to be myself here far exceed the experience of any other company I've been employed with.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They're ready, willing, and excited to help one another. I don't ever feel like I'm bothering them. I've cultivated wonderful friendships with my colleagues despite being in a remote atmosphere
What is the best part about your compensation package?
There have been opportunities to achieve bonuses beyond our salaried compensation. I love the unlimited PTO. I do wish that our healthcare/medial insurance plan was better. Its very limited and expensive.
What makes you most happy at work?
The freedom to do my job without someone over my shoulder. I also am grateful for the accolades I receive regularly from ELT, my Manager, and Collections Manager. I feel like I am a valued and appreciated employee.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're encouraging employees to care for themselves not just physically but mentally. They're open to hearing negative feedback without retaliation or taking it personally. They also encourage all types of feed and provide a safe space to do so.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Consilio has a wonderful groups for minorities and women. I recently participated in the WE (Womans Group) mentorship program and it was so insightful. The person I was paired with was exceptional at sharing information and encouraging me to grow. I loved it!
